The Institute of Leadership and Management UCU is a non-commercial, educational environment for leaders of non-profit organizations, communities, and active youth. Its certificate programs include a number of NGO management related issues: Leadership Summer School, School of Responsible Citizens, Good Governance Program, Training Program – Leading in Complex World etc.
The Human Rights Law Certificate programs, proposed by the Rule of Law Canter, goal to prepare practicing experts in the field of human rights protection possessing the necessary knowledge and values as well as high level of legal English language. Likewise, they are targeted to reinterpret human rights concept in the third millennium with consideration of ethical and moral foundations in educational and research processes.
UCU’s School of Bioethics offers two programs: the certificate program “In defense of life” and the modular program for pharmacists “Ethical values in pharmaceutical activities,” developed as corporate training for staff of pharmacy companies. Medical and psychological and social support for persons with disabilities (people with different types of disability, addicts, the elderly, the sick, the terminally ill, lonely), based on a holistic, biopsychosocial model of health. The main modules of the program include interaction and interplay of the person accompanying and a person who accompany, teamwork and personal responsibility in the process of humanization in society.

The Jewish studies program offers a number of short-termed and block courses on different issues of Jewish history, culture, ethnography, and literature of eastern Europe as well as courses in Yiddish and Hebrew.
The certificate program in icon painting is training program during the academic year, every Saturday, and three weeks in the summer for three years; combines learning the basics of theology icons and sacred art of practical training in iconography. The program is designed for those who see iconography as the scope of their additional professional interests, even if there is no previous experience in this area.
